    Hi!
    We recently acquired a license for EcoCoder and we followed the procedure as described in the manual. When we start Matlab we get the message that Ecocoder was successfully installed, however the message “Ecocoder license not found” is displayed. We have tried the steps described in the manual when no license can be found, such as manually copying license and setting computer to natural time, but to no success. Worth to mention perhaps is that we have previously had a license and when we got the new one we did not do a clean install of Ecoder, if this might be causing the issue. Any suggestions?

    I will let our engineers send you the latest SW and please follow the instructions from our engineer to get a new Trail license.

    I am having exact issue. System is Windows 10, MATLAB R2021a.EcoCoder version v2.9.7 V2
