    We have successfully installed EcoCoder V 2.9.7V2 EDU. Our production system is Windows 10, MATLAB R2021a. We tried solutions in the manual, however they did not work.

    When using EcoCoder loader, did you see that Activation is completed window?

    Dear Terry Xu,

    Yes, I received the “Activation is Complete!” window. Afterward, I opened Matlab and created a new project to build for ECOTRONS. But, I received the attached message. How can I resolve this issue?
