FAQ: Solutions if license cannot be activated

1) First check whether the computer time is natural time, if it is not natural time, please
correct to natural time, and then restart MATLAB to try.
2) Check if the License file is loaded to the correct location, the license’s loading directory
is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\ECSLicDir\ECOLic2nd.dat, where UserName is
the current user name. If it doesn’t copy to the specified directory, you can manually
create the directory and manually copy the License file to the directory and rename it
ECOLic2nd.dat.
