This controller’s performance is made possible by its structural design based on Black Sesame A1000 and Infineon TC397 micro-controller.
The 2 core technologies of Black Sesame A1000 include DynamAI NN engine architecture and NeuralIQ ISP technology. CPU: 8-core A55 at 1.4Ghz, with 40-70 TOPS of powerful computing power, less than 8W power consumption and superior computing power utilization, 16nm process, complying with AEC Q-100, single-chip ASIL B, system ASIL D automotive functional safety requirements, is the current chip platform that can support L3 and above levels of autonomous driving.
The MCU is based on Infineon’s TC397 series chip, including a 6 core TriCore™ architecture with 300MHz operating frequency, up to 2.9MB + 16MB of ECC-protected RAM, and designed based on the ISO26262 standard to support the highest ASIL-D security level requirements.
