Job Description

Ecotron is looking for a senior sales manager (full-time position required to work on-site at the Whittier office) to join and lead the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

• Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Practice and use knowledge and skills in the areas of sales.

• Work with the team members and support them to do marketing and sales.

• Support customers via emails, phone calls, and/or face to face meeting.

• Submit weekly report on the intern job and the time sheet.

• Attend weekly team meetings

Requirements:

1. 3-5 Years of sales experience in the automotive industry, specialized in automotive electronics would be a plus.

2. 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

3. BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

4. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

7. Strong business sense and industry expertise

8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
